At BMG motorcycle Training you will enjoy professional training in a safe environment. We provide all types of bike training with Dva Approved Motorcycle Instructors and Rospa Advanced Instructors. We are the only Motorcycle training centre in Northern Ireland that has it's own Purpose Built Motorcycle Training track.

Bmg Motorcycle Training is run by Brian and Aideen McGirr. We are a husband and wife team who are qualified Dva Motorcycle Instructors aswell as Rospa Diploma Holders in Advanced Instructing. We are the only Motorcycle training Centre in Ireland that has a Purpose Built Motorcycle training track. It is a safe, off road environment used for all our Motorcycle training needs.

CBT TRAINING
CBT is Compulsory Basic Training. It is Not a test. Whether you want to ride a 50cc Scooter or a 650cc Motorcycle - All riders must complete CBT. It is a full day course with 5 elements and at the end of the day - you are issued with a CBT Certificate which is valid for 2 years.
MANOEUVRES/OFF ROAD TEST
There are two practical parts to the bike test. The first part is the Manoeuvres test. It is a test based in an Off road environment, where the rider has to complete a number of Manoeuvres. We have a Purpose built Track. The Manoeuvres include Figures of 8, U turn, slow ride, walk the bike, Hazard avoidance, and as in picture above the Emergency stop.
ON ROAD TEST TRAINING
On Road Training takes place in the town, on main roads and country roads. This is the final part of they bike test. The test covers test routes in Enniskillen or Omagh. It tests your ability to ride safely and under control on the road.
THEORY TEST
As part of the Motorcycle test you must complete a motorcycle Theory test. Our neareast Theory test Centre is Omagh. You can book it online www.nidirect.gov.uk - It is £23. To study you will need 'The official Dvsa Theory test for Motorcyclist' And a Hazard perception Disc. You will be asked 50 questions and you need 43 to pass. There are 14 clips in the hazard perception. We provide Theory test training if required in our computer room as shown above. When you have completed your CBT and Theory, We can then apply for you Off road/Manoeuvres Test.
ADVANCED OR REFERSHER TRAINING
We also provide Advanced training - For riders who want to improve their skills on the road. i.e. Cornering, Hazard awareness, positioning etc. This is for riders who want become Better, safer, faster riders.
Refresher training is for riders who have passed their test recently or in the past and want to gain more confidence back on the road again. We have a range of bikes, Sv 650, CB 500X, Husqvarna 401, KTM 400cc. HOnday CG 125cc,
